Zero Hour Assault – Official Game Rules
Welcome to Zero Hour Assault!
To ensure a fun, fair, and respectful gaming experience, all players must follow the rules listed below. By playing the game, you automatically agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans depending on the severity and frequency of violations.
1. Respect Is Mandatory
Treat all players with respect, regardless of nationality, race, religion, gender, language, or profession.
Insults, slurs, harassment, threats, or any form of hate speech are strictly forbidden.
If someone insults or provokes you, do not retaliate. Use the block and report options.
Swearing or profanity is not allowed in any chat (text or voice).
1st offense: Warning
2nd offense: Chat disabled temporarily
Repeated offense: Permanent chat ban or game suspension
2. No Cheating, Hacking, or Exploiting
Using cheats, hacks, macros, or unauthorized thirdparty tools is strictly prohibited and leads to an immediate permanent ban.
Bug abuse, glitch exploitation, or map glitches (e.g., hiding inside walls, unreachable areas) to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.
3. Fair and Honest Gameplay
Team killing, blocking teammates, or purposely sabotaging your team is not tolerated.
Playing solely to feed the enemy or boost others' stats is considered cheating.
Abusing vote/polysystems falsely messages or contents repeatedly is forbidden.
4. Voice and Text Chat Rules
Use clean, respectful, and appropriate language in all chat.
Do not scream, play music, or use disturbing sounds in voice chat.
If a player continues to disturb others even after being warned, their voice chat access will be suspended for a long time.
Persistent violation will result in permanent voice chat disablement and up to a 1week game suspension.
5. Language Channels & Localization
Each channel has a primary language. Use the correct language when communicating.
Wrong language = warning
Repeating it = temporary chat restriction
Continued misuse = temporary or permanent chat disable, possibly game suspension
6. Toxic Behavior is Forbidden
Do not engage in toxic actions like trolling, griefing, bullying, rage quitting, or disrupting the game on purpose.
Repeated reports of toxic behavior will lead to suspensions or bans.
7. No Spamming or Flooding
Repeating the same message, sound, or command multiple times is considered spam.
Spamming in voice or text chat will lead to block kick, or ban, depending on repetition.
8. No Advertising or External Links
Promoting other games, services, servers, or sending links to unknown websites is not allowed.
Doing so may result in a ban, especially if links are malicious.
9. Keep Your Account Secure
Never share your password or login info. The game staff is not responsible for stolen or shared accounts.
If you delete your account, it's permanent – recovery is not guaranteed.
Be sure to enter a valid email address during registration. Incorrect emails may prevent account recovery.
10. AFK and Idle Behavior
Going AFK (away from keyboard) for long periods in matches negatively impacts other players.
Repeated AFK behavior may result in penalties or autokick from matches.
11. Matchmaking Abuse
Using alternate accounts to lower your rank (smurfing) is not allowed.
12. Account
You will never be allowed to have an account from 2 accounts in the game. If you have logged in to your friends' account, tell your friends to enter the game and be active. If this is often seen by the staff team, we will delete all your accounts except the accounts that are attached to you and have 2 accounts in the system. If you have more than 2 own account, please create a ticket, otherwise when we catch it, an account will be deleted without asking you.
13. No Impersonation or False Claims
Do not pretend to be a moderator, developer, or staff member.
False claims about punishments, bans, or "knowing the staff" may lead to a real punishment.
14. Ban Evasion is Prohibited
Trying to bypass a ban by creating a new account or using a VPN will lead to device bans and full IP blocks.
15. Stay Updated
Rules may be updated without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check the latest version regularly.
Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.
16. Report System Usage
Use the ingame report system responsibly.
Abuse of the report system may result in disciplinary action against the reporter.
17.If you ask questions to the administrator / developer / moderators via private message, for asking help on any administration-related issue/your problem, you will be penalized. You have to create ticket so it will be more recommended.
18.Respect Privacy. Do not share personal information about yourself or others while playing the game. This includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, and social media profiles. If you will have trouble for share your informations, we will not take any action the players.
19.Reporting Harassment. If you experience harassment, bullying, or any form of misconduct from other players, report it immediately to our support team. We take such matters seriously.
Enforcement
All reports are reviewed by the Zero Hour Assault Staff.
Punishments are applied based on evidence and severity.
