By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the scope of the work involved, including mixing and mastering processes. We will do our best to provide the highest quality output based on the materials provided.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made in full before any work begins.
• We do not offer refunds once the service has been delivered.
• If you are dissatisfied with the final product, we offer **one free revision**. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide high-quality audio files in an industry-standard format (e.g., MP3, WAV, AIFF).
• Clients must clearly specify any requirements, references, or specific instructions before the process begins.
• Failure to provide clear instructions may result in additional revisions and charges.

4. Project Delivery

• The estimated turnaround time will be provided before starting the project.
• Delivery times may vary based on project complexity and workload.
• Finalized projects will be delivered in WAV and/or MP3 format, unless otherwise requested.

5. Ownership & Copyright

• Clients retain full ownership of their original recordings.
• We do not claim any rights over your music.
• We reserve the right to showcase before/after samples (with permission) for promotional purposes.

6. Confidentiality

All client information and materials will be kept strictly confidential. We will not share or distribute your files without permission.

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services. Clients should ensure they have backup copies of all original and final files.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.
