Terms and Conditions - NBM DIGITAL LTD

Acceptance of Contract: This contract is between NBM DIGITAL LTD, located at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ, and the person or institution filling out the order form and making payment. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this contract.
Service Delivery: NBM DIGITAL LTD is obligated to deliver the ordered service in a digital environment. In case of malfunctions or issues, a full refund will be provided if the service has not been delivered at all. If only a part of the service has been delivered, a refund will be issued for the unsent portion.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used by the customer. For example, if the payment was made online using a card, the refund will follow the bank's card refund procedures.
Customer Responsibility: The information provided by the customer on the order screen is their responsibility. Errors such as providing the wrong username for a game account or being restricted from the game due to inaccurate information cannot be refunded unless the service provider approves a refund.
Order Modifications: Changes to the username or other factors during the order processing may prevent the completion of the order, and refunds cannot be issued in such cases.
Account Requirements: Orders must be sent to accounts listed by us. Orders sent to non-existing accounts will not be canceled or refunded. However, refunds will not be provided for changes to the customer's username.
Automatic Processing: Orders related to products or services processed automatically upon placement cannot be canceled. Unless there is a systemic problem, completed orders cannot be returned. If there is a systemic issue, a refund may be granted. Customers cannot voluntarily cancel orders after receiving them, in line with standard practices worldwide.
Agreement Acceptance: This contract is presented to the user before payment. By checking the checkbox indicating that you have read and accepted the agreement, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: NBM DIGITAL LTD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms when making new orders.
